1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dv44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the dv44 website located at dv44.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, features, and content made available through the platform.

By registering an account on dv44, by making a deposit, by placing a bet, by participating in a promotion, or by continuing to access any part of the platform after the publication of revised Terms, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

2 Eligibility

Use of the dv44 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the Player's use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. dv44 operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit access to real-money betting or casino games by persons under the age of 21. This requirement applies regardless of any lower minimum age that may be applicable under the laws of any particular jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts (including minors and persons under legal guardianship) are not permitted to register.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or exclusion imposed by dv44 or any other gaming operator. Attempting to register a new account while subject to a self-exclusion is a violation of these Terms.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active dv44 account. Only one account per person is permitted. The registration of multiple accounts by any individual is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be true, complete, and accurate. You must notify dv44 promptly if any of your registered details change.

dv44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm that eligibility requirements are being met. Accounts may be suspended pending completion of verification. Any account found to have been registered by an ineligible person will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting, casino games, or any other paid feature of the dv44 platform, you must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply:

• Registration Information: You must provide a valid mobile number, a valid email address, and any additional details requested during the registration flow. All details must belong to you personally.

• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your dv44 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dv44 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Approved Payment Methods: dv44 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options, including Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank direct transfers, may be available at the time of your transaction. The full list of available methods is displayed at the time of deposit or withdrawal.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposit requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's dv44 wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Withdrawal processing times are typically between 5 and 30 minutes, subject to the Player's payment provider and any identity verification requirements that may be outstanding.
• Ownership of Payment Methods: All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the Player's own name. dv44 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to payment accounts held by third parties.
• Transaction Fees: dv44 does not charge a fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for checking the fee schedule of their chosen payment provider before initiating a transaction.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to completion of any active bonus wagering requirements. Where a Player has accepted a bonus, any associated wagering conditions must be met before a withdrawal request can be approved. Withdrawals from funds that have never been subject to a bonus are not affected by this condition.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

dv44 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Each bonus offer specifies its own eligibility criteria, including whether it is available to new registrations only, to existing players, or to all accounts. Players who do not meet the stated criteria will not receive the bonus.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the Player must wager ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the specific terms of each offer.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date or a maximum period within which wagering requirements must be met. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from the Player's account automatically.
• Abuse: dv44 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus, reverse bonus-derived winnings, or close an account if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has exploited, abused, or circumvented the conditions of any promotional offer. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering risk.
• Availability: dv44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The availability of a promotional offer to one Player does not create an entitlement for any other Player to receive the same offer.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the dv44 platform:

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. dv44 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted due to a manifest error, including pricing errors, data feed failures, or system malfunctions.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each betting market and game title has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game or market interface prior to placement. dv44 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any market or game at any time.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets placed with insufficient account funds will not be accepted. Players must ensure that their dv44 wallet balance is sufficient to cover the stake before placing a bet.
• Results and Settlements: Sports betting markets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, dv44's decision, based on the available official data, shall be final.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure during a live game or active betting session, dv44 will endeavour to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's wallet. dv44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Game Providers: Casino and slot games are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of individual games are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider. dv44 does not modify game outcomes or RTP settings outside the parameters set by the original game provider.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dv44 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any associated winnings may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that generates bets or interacts with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of game or match outcome in a manner that abuses promotional terms.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to achieve an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event.
• Using the dv44 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without disclosure to dv44.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dv44 staff, support agents, or other users of the platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the dv44 platform — including but not limited to the dv44 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, promotional materials, and data — is the intellectual property of dv44 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any dv44 content without the prior written consent of dv44.

10 Limitation of Liability

dv44's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from a single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits dv44's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

It is the Player's responsibility to review the current version of these Terms regularly. Continued use of the dv44 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.

13 Termination of Accounts

dv44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where dv44 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity through the platform.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Acted in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to dv44 staff, agents, or other players.
• Breached any applicable law in connection with their use of the platform.

Where an account is closed by dv44 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, net of any amounts owed to dv44, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and the entire relationship between the Player and dv44 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the use of the dv44 platform, or any transaction conducted through the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting dv44 support at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may pursue resolution through applicable legal channels. dv44's decision on the settlement of all betting and gaming disputes, based on the available evidence and applicable game or market rules, shall be considered final and binding, except where a Player can demonstrate clear procedural error.

dv44 does not accept any liability for losses arising from a Player's reliance on information, odds, or market data that was affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing mistake, where dv44 has taken reasonable steps to correct the error promptly upon discovery.
